<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of noise by the fan part of a blower and to prevent an adverse influence from being exercised by the heat of an engine room. SOLUTION: An engine type heat pump outdoor apparatus 1 is provided with a casing 2 having a suction port 8 and an exhaust port 7 is provided and provided in the casing 2 with a compressor 11, an engine 3 to drive the compressor 11, a blower 20 to circulate air through the casing 2, and an electric accessory box 16 to contain an electric part for controlling apparatuses. The interior of the casing 2 is partitioned into an engine room 6 communicated with the exhaust port 7 and containing the compressor 11 and the engine 3; and an electric accessory chamber 4 communicated with the suction port 8 and provided with an electric accessory box 16. A duct 25 extending from the electric accessory chamber 4 side to the engine room 6 side is arranged between the electric accessory chamber 4 and the engine room 6 side. A motor part 42 of the blower 20 is arranged in an electric accessory chamber 4 and a fan part 21 of the blower 20 is arranged in a duct 25.</p> |
