摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption, and to prevent the occurrence of cross- over distortion. SOLUTION: The difference between an anti-phase input voltage VIa and a positive phase input voltage VIb is amplified by a differential stage 20, and a differential output voltage VA is outputted. The conductive state of an NMOS 31 is controlled by a differential output voltage VA. The product of currents running through a resistance 32 and a resistance value R32 of the resistance 32 is controlled so that the level shift voltage of a level shift stage 30 can be controlled. The level of the differential output voltage VA is shifted by this level shift voltage, and a level shift output voltage VB is outputted from the level shift stage 30, and the conductive state of an NMOS 42 is controlled. The conductive state of a PMOS 41 is controlled by a differential output voltage VA, and an amplified output voltage VO is outputted from an output terminal 43.
