PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transmit information with simple operation and further to prevent illegal access from the outside by transmitting transfer information, stored in a transfer information storage part or managing information on the transfer information to the designated transfer destination device, while using a selected communication means. SOLUTION: A communication means selecting part 5 collates the names of a network and transfer device from a transfer destination detecting part 4 with transfer destination information registered in a transfer destination information storage part 2 and reports the name of transfer information, the name of network, transfer destination device name, communication means and communication device connector to be designated to a transfer information managing part 3. A communication means control part 6 starts a higher-order layer communication protocol, corresponding to the communication means from the transfer information managing part 3 and transmits the transfer information stored in a main memory toward the transfer destination device of the prescribed network. Either a client computer or repeater analyzes whether or not the sent communication data are addressed to itself, and when the data are addressed to itself, the transfer information is stored.
