PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-meandering device for endless film made possible to be stably used over the wide ambient temp. range by maintaining meanders controlling work for the endless film over the wide ambient temp. range regardless of the change of the ambient temp. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a film winding/stretching member end part shifting means 9, connected with the film meanders detecting member 6, capable shifting a position of the end part of the film winding/stretching member in the specified direction by converging the rotary movement to the linear movement, when the film meanders detecting member receives the rotary torque by the frictional force with regard to the film section, and shift adjusting means 401 capable of properly varying the shifting area of the film winding/ stretching member end part shifting means, or properly varying the shifting speed thereof.
