PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display only information which a user desires and an information supplier intends to supply by displaying a second screen by means of overlapping it with a part of a first screen to be displayed and displaying information in accordance with an operation on the second screen. SOLUTION: A browser is started and handle information of a window is obtained (1).
