<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shuffle video data, etc., at high speeds. SOLUTION: A memory cell array 5 has memory cells designated by row addresses and column addresses, and a row decoder 3R decodes and supplies a row address to the memory array 5 through a column driver 4R. A column decoder 3C or 103 decodes and supplies a row address W or R to the memory cell array 5 through a column driver 4C or 131C, respectively. The column decoder 131C is capable of programmably changing the decoded result whereby the data shuffling can be made at a high speed by programming in the column decoder 131C so that, e.g. the decoded results in the column decoders 3C and 131C differ.</p> |
