LEAD BONDING CONSTRUCTION AND BATTERY PACK USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead bonding construction which can bond leads, whose materials and thicknesses are different, to each other with stable condition and apply the construction to a battery pack. SOLUTION: A positive electrode lead 12 of a battery is made of foil shaped aluminum. For connecting the lead 12 to a positive electrode connecting lead 30 formed of phosphor bronze, the lead 12 and the lead 30 are overlapped at a bonding position to pinch the lead 12 by the lead 30 to bond them through a burring process (a), a caulking process (b) and a pressing process (c).
