PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent position shift between a prating member and figures. SOLUTION: Provided are a watch case 1, a watch module 6 having hands contained in the watch case 1, a dial plate 10 provided on the watch module 6 whereon the hands run, a figure panel 11 arranged at the periphery of the dial plate 10 and on which figures 14a are provided, and a parting member 3 fixed on the chin part 2 of the watch case 1 and positioning the figure panel 11. Thus, the dial plate 10 and the figure panel 11 are constituted independently and the figure panel 11 is arranged on the periphery of the dial plate 10 and positioned with the parting member 3 so that even if the parting member and the figure panel 11 are separated parts, the figure panel 11 never shift against the parting member 3 when the watch module 6 is assembled or shocked by falling and the like and that position shift of the figures 14a from the parting member 3 can be surely prevented.
