PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat barrier structure that suppresses the characteristic fluctuation of a thermistor due to the oxidation of a metal cap and is easily assembled in a temperature sensor with the thermistor being accommodated in the metal cap. SOLUTION: A thermistor 10 is connected to a sheath pin 20 for taking a thermistor signal to the outside, and is accommodated into a metal cap 30. Between the metal cap 30 and the thermistor 10, a cylindrical ceramic forming body 40 is included, where the forming body 40 consists of alumina or the like that insulates heat between the metal cap 30 and the thermistor 10 for electrically insulating by covering the thermistor 10.
