HEAT INSULATING BOX FOR PRECISION MEASURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating box for a precision measuring apparatus which can maintain an internal space where the precision measuring apparatus are housed under uniform temperature conditions with no temperature gradient while shielding an external environment temperature. SOLUTION: A heat insulting box 30 is formed into a heat insulating hexahedron box to house at least a main part of a precision measuring apparatus inside and surface panels 31-36 making respective sides of the hexahedron box are provided with rectangular frame materials 31a-36a, internal side metal plates 31b-36b and external side metal plates 31c-36c the peripheral parts of which are fixed on the frame materials with the internal and external surfaces of the frame materials covered and heat insulating materials 31d-36d filled into the internal spaces of the frame materials sectioned by the internal side metal plates and the external side metal plates. The internal side metal plates and the external side metal plates of the respective panels are made to contact each other respectively therebetween and the internal side metal plates and the external side metal plates do not contact each other therebetween.
