CELL SCHEDULER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the packet transfer time while satisfying fairness between connections during communication sharing the same band while performing cell scheduling being conscious of packets. SOLUTION: By estimating the queue length of respective cell buffers 61-6n in the case of assuming that the plural cell buffers 61-6n send out cells in circulation, the queue length by the cell scheduling of a cell unit not being conscious of the packet is estimated. By comparing the estimated queue length with an actual queue length, the difference of the cell scheduling of the cell unit and the cell scheduling for being conscious of the packet is obtained and priority control is executed corresponding to the difference.
