摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted type display device which can be decreased in power consumption, improved in portability, and reduced in generation of electro-magnetic noise and heat. SOLUTION: A display unit 4 having a display 11 capable of emitting image display light and an optical system 13 to alter a light path for guiding the image display light to the eyes of an observer 2 is made possible to be mounted on the head of the observer 2 via a holding part. The display 11 can make the reflected ambient light exit as the said image display light.
