PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the scattering of an object to be treated and its detention in equipment and reduce the unknown quantity of the object by vacuum-sucking the object in an enclosed conveyance route to convey it through the suction of it. SOLUTION: When negative pressure is created in a pipe 17 by opening the side of the pipe 17 of a three-way valve 9 and the vacuum suction is conducted by a blower 8, first of all, the air is introduced from an opening 1a and pellets in a container 1 are fed to a pellet storage hopper 2. On this occasion, the three-way valve 9 is switched over - the side of a pipe 18 is opened--, when negative pressure is created from a powder sampler 6 by way of a classifier 5 to a crusher 4. Then, electromagnetic valves 19 and 20 are opened to supply the pellets in the storage hopper 2 by way of a constant feeding device 3 to the crusher 4. After the pellets are crushed, they are sucked to the classifier 5, are classified there. Furthermore, the pellets are conveyed through the suction of them to the powder sampler 6 and are collected there. Finally, the blower 8 is stopped and an electromagnetic valve 21 is opened to encase the collected powder in a container 7. The use of a cyclone with a bag filter as the storage hopper 2 and the sampler 6 substantially prevents the powder and the like from scattering outside.
