PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL full color display panel capable of emitting the specified color and the manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: This organic EL full color display panel is provided with plural transparent electrode plates formed on a board 1 and disposed in parallel with each other; an insulating layer 2 for covering edges of the transparent electrode and formed with openings 3 corresponding to the picture element area on the transparent electrode; at least one layer of organic EL material layer 4 having any one of the R, G and B light emitting function; and plural metal electrode plates L1, L2 arranged in parallel with each other in a direction crossing the transparent electrode plates R1, G1, B1 so as to cover the whole of each picture element area. The insulating layer 2 is formed so as to insulate an area, in which the transparent electrode plates R1, G1, B1 and the metal electrode plates L1, L2 cross each other, in an area except for the picture element area. |
