PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite high voltage power source capable of obtaining stable output without being affected by noise coming from the another high voltage output. SOLUTION: An output conversion part 1 is an AC voltage output part using a transformer, for instance. A resistor 2 is the buffer resistor of the high voltage output and an output terminal 3 is a terminal in charge of the output of an AC voltage. The output conversion part 4 is a DC voltage output part using the transformer for instance. The resistor 5 is a voltage divider resistor for voltage-dividing DC high voltage power source output and obtaining a feedback voltage. The output terminal 6 is the terminal for outputting signals for which the DC high voltage power source output is voltage-divided and turned to the feedback voltage. An output monitoring means 7 monitors the feedback voltage outputted from the output terminal 6 and performs A/D conversion. |
