摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an access time by making the frequency characteristic of an equalizer correcting the high frequency range component always adapt to the changing rotational frequency of an optical disk by making a device cope with the change of the rotational frequency of the optical disk oven when it is remarkable to make information to be read during the change of the rotational frequency in an optical disk reproducing device. SOLUTION: An arithmetic circuit 10 integrates a distance in the radial direction from the center of an optical 1 to a track on which an optical pickup 4 scans which is detected by a potentiometer 11 and the rotational frequency of the disk 1 which is detected by a rotational frequency detecting circuit 9 and multipies a prescribed coefficient by the integrated result and the circuit 10 outputs the result as the control voltage of an equalizer circuit 6. Then, the frequency characteristic of the equalizer 6 is changed in a frequency axial direction in accordance with the control voltaged from the first arithemetic circuit 10.
