PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a route from a line where quality degradation is generated to a line of high quality during the operation of a system and to avoid erroneous connections and line interruption caused by selecting different signals. SOLUTION: In order to change the route, a node 1 branches signals outputted to the line A to the line B and a node 2 confirms the line quality of the line A and the line B. After confirming that the line quality of the line B is good, the node 2 selects the line B. The node 1 completes route change by stopping input to the line A.
