PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost and small size power supply circuit by reducing the number of insulated power supplies. SOLUTION: The power supply circuits 402, 210 and 202 including capacitors 301 and 302 are added to the main circuits 101 to 104, 601, 602, 501, 502 of the 3-level neutral point clamping type inverter, and charges accumulated in the capacitors 301 and 302 are used respectively as the drive power supply of the switching elements 102 and 103. |
