PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a structure and to reduce a cost, by reducing an explosive force required for circuit interruption. SOLUTION: A moving bus bar 30 is placed between fixed bus bars 22, 24 placed in a circuit to form connecting terminals, and this moving bus bar 30 is made movable between a contact position where it is brought into contact with the both fixed bus bars 22, 24 and a separation position where it is separated from them. In an emergency, an explosive is exploded by a squib 18, with the moving bus bar 30 held at a connection position by a locking piece 40, and the moving bus bar 30 is compulsorily moved to an interruption position by the explosive force.
