发明名称 MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF SACRIFICIAL ANODE FOR ELECTRIC ANTICORROSION
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress uneven shape wear of an anode body by forming a peripheral surface shape of a guide cap disposed on an upstream tip side of the anode body so as to flow electric corrosion liquid without colliding against an upstream end face of the anode body, in a sacrificial anode for electric anticorrosion in which electric anticorrosion is contrived by mounting the sacrificial anode body on a piping inner wall. SOLUTION: In a sacrificial anode for electric anticorrosion 10 constituted of a sacrificial anode body 11 and a core 12, a cap 20 is mounted on a supporting shaft 23 extended up to a sea water flow direction upstream side of the core 12. The cap 20 is mounted by directing a tip toward an upstream side and corrosion uneven shapes of the sacrificial anode body 11 are reduced. By arranging many sacrificial anodes 10 within a water intake pipe 1 of a water intake equipment of sea water and corroding the sacrificial anode body 11 in place for corrosion inside the water intake pipe 1, internal corrosion of the water intake pipe 1 is prevented. Since sea water is delivered to a downstream side, flowing to an outer peripheral surface of the sacrificial anode body 11, uneven shapes due to electric corrosion wear and tear of an upstream end face of the sacrificial anode body 11 are reduced and the life is prolonged.
