PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To tell a hearer of the information described with almost table form making of meaning clearly understandable by a voice. SOLUTION: A document described with a table form (two-dimensional form) is inputted by an input means 1 to be stored in a storage part 4, and by an instruction of an operation means 2, is rearranged to one-dimensional form by a processing part 5 to be voice outputted by a voice synthetic part 6. Whether a read-aloud direction is a row direction or a column direction is decided, and its decision result is stored beforehand in the storage part 4, and when the same formed table is read aloud again, the read-aloud direction is decided based on the stored decision result. |
