PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wind all windings in an aligned condition by forming a rough surface on the winding surface of an insulating bobbin for winding the windings, thereby attaining aligned winding without waving the first layer of winding. SOLUTION: A rough surface is formed on the winding surface 2 of an insulating bobbin 1 provided for a stator. The winding surface 2 on the rough surface is formed with a sawtooth-shaped recessed and projecting surface, and a winding 3 for forming the first layer of winding A is wound around the respective recessed parts 2a of the recessed and projecting surface. It is thus possible to attain a highly dense winding without generating an extra clearance between respective windings 3. The second layer of winding B is wound around the first layer of winding A by placing the respective windings 3 on the respective bottoms A1 of the first layer of winding A to form the second layer of winding B. It is possible to wind the Nth layer of winding around the periphery of the second layer of winding B as required.
