CONTINUITY AUXILIARY MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuity auxiliary material having excellent continuity stability and high speed characteristic and capable of being applied to both of a spherical terminal and a flat surface terminal and capable of being used for a socket for mounting integrated circuit. SOLUTION: This continuity auxiliary material has a base sheet 2 made of the insulating elastic raw material, first contact pads 3 arranged with the predetermined pitch in one surface of the base sheet 2, second contact pads 4 arranged in the other surface of the base sheet 2 so as to be overlapped with each first contact pad 3 at one end thereof in both sides of the base sheet 2, first through holes 5 passing through the first contact pads 3, the base sheet 2 and the second contact pads 4, and second through holes 6 passing through the base sheet 2 in the condition that one end of each first contact pad 3 is housed in an opening thereof. Plating 7 of the conductive raw material is performed to the inner peripheral surface of the first through holes 5 so that the first contact pads 3 and the second contact pads 4 conduct electricity to each other.
