METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MEASURING MOISTURE CONTENT IN CONSTRUCTION WASTE SOIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate measurement of moisture content of soil generated in construction by comparing the values of the degree of softness and weight of soil in construction waste accumulated in a measuring tank by a predetermined amount with existent data. SOLUTION: Signals of the values of the degree of softness and weight of soil in construction waste measured through the use of a means 51 for measuring the degree of softness and a weight measuring means 52 in a measuring tank 3 are transmitted to a computing means 14. Then they are compared with existent data in a storage means 11 to determine the value of moisture content 116, and the value of moisture content 116 is displayed on a display means 17. Here, existent data indicating the relationship between values of moisture content and values of the degree of softness and between values of moisture content and values of weight with soil properties as parameters is stored in the storage means 11 in advance according to soil properties.
