PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To gaplessly and simply stick the end part outer peripheral surface of a lining tube to the inner peripheral surface of an existing tube, even having irregularities in the outer peripheral surface of the lining tube or in the inner peripheral surface of the existing tube. SOLUTION: The end part outer peripheral surfaces 2 of a lining tube A, stuck to the inner peripheral surface 3 of an existing tube B to form a tubular air tight Layer 4, is crimped to the inner peripheries surface of the tube B by plastically deforming tubular members 1, mounted on the end part inner part of the tube A, in a diameter-increasing direction and tubular elastic sealing materials 7, pressed and compression deformed toward the diameter direction outside following the plastic deformation of the member 1 in the diameter- increasing direction, is stuck between the end part outer peripheral surface of the tube A and the inner peripheral surface of the tube B.
