PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system capable of executing random call incoming without restricting a service area. SOLUTION: A repeater monitors information transmitted from a communication equipment, and when information from a communication equipment 3a requesting connection requests random connection, a database in which a random call incoming terminal is registered is retrieved and any one (3a) of communication equipments requiring random call incoming is selected and a communication path is set between the data base and the selected communication equipment. In the system, communication with an unspecified party can be attained and the application range of each terminal can be extended.
