1. The rotation reducer consists of housing with toothed wheels, a driving mechanism and a driving shaft. Unique characteristics: The housing (1) contains at least two toothed wheels (3) mounted on axles (2) and permanently meshed with the toothed wheel (4) and the toothed wheel (10). The toothed wheel (4) is mounted in the sleeve (6). The angular velocity of the sleeve with respect to the housing of the machine tool (7) is equal to zero. The toothed wheel (10) is mounted on the driving shaft (12). The toothed wheels (4) and (10), with identical module pitch, have different numbers of teeth, within the error range of the module pitch. The mechanism is driven by the transmission gear (15), preferably belt transmission gear.
