1. The bearing fixture of the rotating tangential cutter of the shearing-unit head contains a tangential cutter mounted in the bearings of the shearing unit socket. Unique characteristics: It consists of the rolling needle bearing (7) and the rotating cutter-shaft (2) support. The rolling needle bearing (7) is placed in the socket (4) of the head, on the top part of the cutter shaft (2). It is sealed with the O-type sealing (8) and follow-up sealing in the form of the disk spring (5). The latter is vulcanised with oil-proof rubber and secured to rest in the socket of the shearing unit. The cutter shaft (2) is supported by the ball (5) which allows it to rotate. The ball is partly placed in the conical recess in the front surface of the shaft (2) and partly in the insert (6), located in the head socket (4). The rotating support of the cutter shaft (2) may also have the form of a rolling bearing, placed directly in the head of the shearing unit.
