PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily exchange an electric drain trap by connecting various kinds of equipments with an electric drain trap by a union or a one-operation coupling in a drain discharging device by the electric drain trap installed in various kinds of equipments such as an air compressor and an air dryer. SOLUTION: A drain piping 31 delivering drain from various kinds of equipments 10 is connected with a drain piping entrance 20b of an electric drain trap 20 via a connection means 30 to be a union and drain piping 32. The drain piping 31 is formed by two pipe and elbow cutting male screws at both the ends. As the connection means 30, a one-operation coupling may be adopted in addition to the union. When the electric drain trap 20 goes wrong and the whole of the electric drain trap 20 is exchanged, various kinds of equipments 10 and the electric drain trap 20 are separated in the part of the connection means 30. Subsequently, a work is completed by removing electric wires 25, 26 in the parts of contacts 51a, 52a on electric wires 51, 52 between a power source 50 and the drain trap 20.
