PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress ground noise current while making a switching element to conduct high-speed switching the most suitable to the switching element. SOLUTION: In this inverter device, the output points of inverter legs 11, 12 constituted of two serial semiconductor switching elements for shortening DC voltage are connected through a coupling reactor 13. By shifting switching timing of the respective inverter legs 11, 12 a little, the voltage with low voltage changing factor is outputted by voltage drop at the coupling reactor 13 as output voltage despite of the respective semiconductor switching elements conducting high-speed switching. Thus, it is possible to restrain ground noise current while conducting high-speed switching. |
