摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lithium secondary battery having capability such as accelerating performance required for electric vehicle by designing a parameter of an output/energy ratio of a unit cell or internal resistance x energy so as to be within a prescribed range. SOLUTION: This battery is a lithium secondary battery for electric vehicle constituted by storing a power generation part 1 wound or laminated so as not to directly contact a positive electrode plate 2 and a negative electrode plate 3 via a separator 4 into a battery case. In a battery pack constituted by serially connecting the lithium battery by a prescribed number when the lithium secondary battery is mounted on the electric vehicle, the battery pack is constituted by using a unit cell in which a ratio (x/E) of an output x [W] of the unit cell and energy E [Wh] of the unit cell is within a range of 2 to 36 or a unit cell in which (R×E) is within a range of 50 to 900 [mΩ.WH] as for internal resistance R [mΩ] of the unit cell and energy E [Wh] of the unit cell.
