PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve coaxiality of a glass bulb with an electron gun during sealing even when many kinds of glass bulbs are mixedly produced. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a neck chuck mechanism 28 for grabbing a neck portion 16a of a glass bulb and adjusting it coaxially with an electron gun inserted into the neck portion 16a. The neck chuck mechanism 28 is provided with at least three chuck members 32a, 32b, 32c for grabbing the neck portion 16a, and the grabbing portions 31a, 31b, 31c of the chuck members 32a, 32b, 32c abut to the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 16a on a single tangent T. |
