PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, at a low price, the image print supply device which can finely adjust the best photography point and then easily take a photograph of full-length subject, and supply an image print with imparts natural impression of photography from the front. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with at least a camera 9, which photographs image information of a subject and a display 12 which displays the image information of the subject photographed by the camera 9, which is provided with a tilt means for rotating it and a slide means for moving its position; and the tilt means has a support 15 for holding the camera 9 and a 1st actuator as a drive source for rotating the support 15 and the slide means has a base 17 for rotatably holding the support 15 and a 2nd actuator as a drive source which causes the base 17 to slide.
