<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric junction box capable of eliminating a facility for forming a solderless terminal at each type and a facility for fixing in a connector mount, by reducing number of steps in the case of fixing the terminal in the mount, a method for manufacturing it and a method for forming the solderless terminal. SOLUTION: The electric junction box 11 comprises a plurality of single-core wires 13, a plurality of solderless terminals 14, 15, 16, and an upper case 17 having connector mounts 21. The plurality of the terminals 14, 15, 16 are simultaneously punched by a press, tabs connected to connectors are formed at one side, and legs fixed with the wires 13 are formed at the other. Further, a coupled part bent in a crank state and perpendicularly crossed with the tabs and the legs is formed. The terminals 14, 15, 16 are located at predetermined positions corresponding to the positions of the mounts 21, the coupled part is pressed, and the tabs are simultaneously press injected in the mounts 21.</p> |
