PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to debug a remote program from a local execution environment without being conscious of the existence or difference of debugging environments. SOLUTION: A debugger 12 for debugging a program to be driven in a remote execution environment 2 is included in the program and distributed from a local execution environment 1 to the environment 2. The environment 2 debugs the distributed program by the debugger 12 included in the program and distributed in accordance with an instruction from the environment 1 or an instruction previously stored in the debugger 12 and informs the environment 1 of the debugged result.
