PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor without deteriorating sensitivity and degrading electrostatic chargeability in an early stage and to obtain a good image by using an electrophotographic device provided with the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In this electrophotographic photoreceptor 1 having a photosensitive function layer on a substrate, the photosensitive functional layer is formed by applying a coating liquid which is preliminarily prepared by using a halogenated hydrocarbon solvent containing an antioxidant. The antioxidant is preferably incorporated by 200 ppm to 2 wt.% of the halogenated hydrocarbon solvent into the solvent.
