Method of face softy parts defects plasty

The invention refers to medicine, particularly, to the plastic and is provided for covering the face soft parts defects or cicatrical changes thereof accompanied with the face musculature atrophy caused by the facial nerve paralysis. The proposed method consists in preparation of the receptor bed, free flap intake and coating the receptor bed therewith using a flap including the muscular-fascial-cutaneous complex containing a muscle being the wrist radial flexor, a vascular pedicle containing the radial artery, cephalic vein and two accompanying radial veins and nervous pedicle which contains a proper motor branch of the wrist radial flexor and branches of fore arm cutaneous nerve. The result consists in the face musculature reconstruction with recuperation of the contractillity and sensitivity functions as well as in improvement of the plastic esthetic quality. Claims: 1
