PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnetometer with a small error in the strength of the magnetic field of earth magnetism to be calculated even if a magnetic noise caused by the vibration or the like of an aircraft exists. SOLUTION: A magnetometer is provided with a coefficient estimation circuit 14 for system identification for calculating a coefficient for identifying system according to the output of an amplifier 4 and the output of a sensor 13 for measuring the vibration or the like of an aircraft, a system identification model adaptation judgment circuit 15 according to an FPE(final prediction error) for judging the adaptability of a system identification model by using the coefficient of system identification, an amount-of-magnetic-noise-compensation calculation circuit 17 by system identification for calculating the amount of compensation of the magnetic noise due to system identification, and a magnetic noise compensation circuit 18 according to system identification for calculating the strength of the magnetic field of earth magnetism after magnetic noise compensation due to system identification according to the output of the amplifier 4 and the output of the amount-of-magnetic-noise compensation calculation circuit 17 due to system identification.
