PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation method having a high vapor temperature, a small blank test value of a reagent and a small analysis error without requiring a preliminary study by feeding a heating steam to a sample to be cut heated to a specific temperature, cooling and recovering the heated steam. SOLUTION: Steam generated in a vapor generation device 1 is made to a heated steam by a preliminary heater 2 and a port 4 accommodating a sample to be cut is inserted from an inserting port 32 to a sample heater 3 through which a quartz tube 31 passes in a mantle heater and then, the sample to be cut is heated to a desired temperature. When heated steam is passed through a sample heater 3, it is reacted with the sample to be cut to produce a boric acid. The boric acid is cooled with the heated steam by a condenser 5 to be liquidfy and is recovered to a recovering device 7 through a funnel 6. A determination of a recovered liquid may be carried out by measuring an absorbance using a curcumin and may be measured by an ion chromatography, etc. At this time, regarding a high corrosion resistant alloy and a heat resistant alloy, a heating temperature of the sample to be cut is raised to 1,300 deg.C or more and the temperature of the heated steam is raised to 950 deg.C or more and a recovery ratio is enhanced within a short time.
