PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display data information and waveform information at once by diving a display screen in an area for indicating the data information and an area for indicating the waveform information generated from the data information. SOLUTION: A data processing means 10 stores data measured by a measuring means 7 in an acquisition memory means 8 one after another, reads the stored data to form histograms and generate data lists. The display screen of a display means 11 is divided in a data information indicating area and a waveform information indicating area to display the histograms on the waveform information indicating area and display the data lists on the data information indicating area. The data processing means 10 judges whether or not a cursor operating means 9 operates a cursor, and, if operating the cursor, moves a data cursor on the data information indicating area and moves a waveform cursor, together with it, on the waveform information indicating area. Hence, there is no data information which cannot be read from the histograms and the screen switching operation is not needed.
