摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation door for a storage cabinet without cloudiness. SOLUTION: The heat insulation door A for a cold storage showcase comprise two transparent glass plates 1A, 1B arranged at an interval, airtightly engaged within a frame, and a plurality of spacers 3 interposed between the plates 1A and 1B in such a manner that its gap is held in a vacuum state. An optical semiconductor layer 5 containing a titanium oxide as a main component is formed on an outer surface of the plate 1A of an outside of the storage cabinet. When the showcase is operated, a cold heat inside the cabinet is transferred to the vicinity of a site brought into contact with the spacers 3 of the plate 1A of the outside of the cabinet via the spacers 3, cooled, and a trend of dew formation takes place on the outer surface. But, when a light is illuminated from an external light source such as a fluorescent lamp or the like in a store to the layer 5 formed thereon, condensate generated on the surface is formed in a water film W state by a function of exhibiting affinity to the surface by photo-exciting of the layer 5 to prevent it from becoming cloudy.
