PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling air supplying apparatus for processing cold air for expecting an energy conservation by freely regulating a flow rate of cooling air to be exhausted from a nozzle to a processing site and stopping supply of the air, and further supplying exhausted cooling air from a cooling air supply unit into equipments to be cooled in a factory or out of the factory, thereby effectively using cold heat without waste. SOLUTION: An air input tube 1 for supplying dry compressed air via a flowmeter 2 is connected to an air inlet of an air cooler 3 in which a refrigerant from a refrigerator is supplied to a cooling coil 3a via an expansion valve 6. One end of an air supply tube 7 provided on the way of a temperature regulator 8 is connected to an air outlet of the cooler 3, and a cooling air exhausting nozzle 11 is provided at the other of the tube 1. A flow regulating valve 10 is provided near the nozzle 11 at the tube 7. An exhaust tube 13 having an opening/closing valve 14 normally closed, but opened when an air flow rate sensed by the flowmeter 2 becomes a lower limit value of a preset flow range and closed when becoming an upper limit value and a constant flow regulating valve 15 is branched between the regulator 8 of the tube 7 and the valve 10 and connected to a cooling equipment 16.
