PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit comfortable bathing by a method wherein a controller is switched so as to be a bath remote control preferential mode by a switch to make the controller judge that it is under bathing and shorten a predetermined period of time. SOLUTION: After finishing the filling of a bathtub with a predetermined amount of hot-water, controller is set at a temperature retaining mode wherein a hot-water temperature in the bathtub is retained at a set temperature. The temperature retaining mode is controlled by a method wherein a timer for interval in a controller 5 is re-set and, subsequently, a preferential switch 51a is pushed to judge whether it is under a bath remote control preferential mode or not at that time. When the control is under the bath remote controller preferential mode, it is decided that some body is under bathing, and the starting of a next operation is waited until the elapse time of a timer becomes 10 minute. Thereafter, a pump 13 is operated to start temperature retaining operation. According to this method, comfortable bathing is permitted.
