PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily describe a processing context for performing a desired processing with high independency by providing a context processing mechanism means and a context element table and describing the processing context, and handling it by automatically referring to the context element table by the context processing mechanism means. SOLUTION: A context processing mechanism means 2 inputs a context processing described in an application program. Then the corresponding element processings 4 are executed by referring to the context element table 3 as to context elements described in this context processing. At this time, an adding processing and a deleting processing for context elements are registered in the context element table 3 while made to correspond to the context elements. Further, a context element described in the processing context inputted from the application program is compared with the last context element which is described in the processing context to decide addition or deletion and the processing corresponding to the addition or deletion of the context element is performed by referring to the context element table 3.
