A laundry drying cabinet, having an air circulation fan (24) and a heat pump comprising an evaporator (19), a compressor (20) and a condenser (23), is also equipped with an intake fan (6) for air supply from outside the cabinet and a waste air valve (7) for venting air from the cabinet.
