An information processor for a visually disabled person divides information having a structure developable on a two-dimensional plane into information units of a block, maps the units to keytops settable at three levels of height from the operating plane, and makes a speech describing the attributes and contents or displays developed information units in a low layer. Even with a limited number of keytops, a complex layer structure or a layout is effectively read and the contents can be edited by speech input means, thus enabling a visually disabled person to read and edit information efficiently. By the principle, the functions of a personal computer can be selectively used. A picture or numerical formula can be represented.
|
