The valve (1) which allows the through flow of liquid to be set, includes a valve housing with inlet and outlet connectors (2,3) and a connector (6) between the inlet and outlet to receive the valve insert (5) whose valve body cooperates with a valve seat. The valve also includes an adjustment device (7) for the quantity of fluid flow through the valve. It also has two measuring channels (14,15) with terminals for connection to measuring devices. The throttle cross section of the adjusting device is arranged before or after the regulating aperture of the valve. With the adjustment device arranged before the valve seat (13), the first measuring channel is connected in the flow path after the valve seat and the second channel is between the valve regulator aperture and the throttle aperture. With the adjustment device arranged after the valve seat, the first measuring channel is connected in the flow path before the valve seat.
