<p>The invention concerns a case comprising a planar catalyst element (30) provided with orifices (31), which divides the container (10) into a first upper reaction volume (14) and a second lower confining reaction volume (15) and shaped so as to almost completely prevent an oxidising decontamination solution from circulating between the first and second volumes about the element and force controlled degassing of the oxidising solution contained in the second lower confining reaction volume only through the orifices (31).
