The drilling tool (1) has a concave surface rising in the turning direction of the tool relative to a clearing surface (2) of the cutting edge (8) which is connected to the inner edge of the tool, and continuing towards the distal end of the tool whilst forming a concave curvature in the turning direction of the tool. The concave surface is formed on the intersecting rib between the wall surface of the groove (2) which is directed in the turning direction of the tool, and the distal end face next to the inner edge of the tool.
