PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide an operator by using a technique substituted for a visual sense concerning operation to press operation keys of an operation panel formed by arranging a plurality of operation keys according to the order of operating them. SOLUTION: An operation panel 1 is formed by arranging pressed operation keys (1a, 1b, 1c,...). Exciting means (2a, 2b, 2c,...) are provided for each of the operation keys (1a, 1b, 1c,...) of the operation panel 1 to generate magnetic fields. A control means 3 controls the magnetic fields generated by the exciting means (2a, 2b, 2c,...). A transmitting means 4 produces force according to the magnetic fields generated by the exciting means (2a, 2b, 2c,...) and transmits the force to an operator's finger 5. The control means 3 controls the magnetic fields generated by the exciting means (2a, 2b, 2c,...) based on the order of operating the operation keys (1a, 1b, 1c,...). The force according to the magnetic fields controlled by the control means 3 is transmitted to the finger 5 by the transmitting means 4 and this force is made as an operation instruction to the operator.
